As a QA Engineer, you will join the Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities- Participate on agile team as QE member
- Review and clarify requirements
- Identify and plan work effort by using test estimation techniques
- Create and execute test plans/scripts/scenarios
- Collaborate with team members on building test cases/scripts
- Log and track issues/defects through to resolution
- Support UAT and Go Live activities
- Leverage Test Data Management for identifying and consuming data
- Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics and provide go/no go recommendation
- Knowledge of Loan Origination or Loan Servicing systems
- Expertise in Playwright or selenium automation and frameworks
- Ability to lead testing for programs with multiple integrated systems
- Minimum of 5 years of QE testing experience
- Strong experience in backend testing (API/DB)
- Strong understanding of QA&E processes
- Ability to be innovative in testing approach during challenging timelines
- Ability to create and execute complex SQL queries
- Experience with AI usage for testing purposes
- Good knowledge of Snowflake
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops or other Test Suite tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to handle delivery with minimum guidance
- Good at handling multiple initiatives in parallel
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 or the hourly equivalent.
