• Communicate clearly with customers and staff regarding parts availability, order status, and recommendations
• Understand and interpret parts catalogs and diagrams to accurately identify required components
• Answer phone calls, providing pricing and offer technical assistance as needed
• Pull parts and deliver to technicians when needed
• Maintain an organized, efficient parts area

• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
• A genuine desire to assist customers and provide outstanding service
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude
• Ability to multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong computer skills and experience with parts management systems
• Solid understanding of automotive components and systems
