- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Senior Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for processing vendor invoices within corporate ERP systems in accordance with company policies and internal control procedures. This role supports business unit customers and vendors throughout the full procure-to-pay cycle while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, customer service, and process improvement efficiencies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process vendor invoices within corporate ERP systems in compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Support business unit customers and vendors throughout the procure-to-pay process
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong customer service in all AP activities
- Seek process improvement opportunities and efficiencies
- Develop understanding of corporate structures, business contacts, and stakeholders
- Demonstrate learning agility to understand systems and the full procure-to-pay lifecycle
- Work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume environment
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR processes
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume accounting environments
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Accounts Payable Specialist or Certified Accounts Payable Associate (CAPA) certification
- SAP proficiency
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Invoice processing and ERP system navigation
- Procure-to-pay process expertise
- Internal controls compliance knowledge
- Process improvement mindset

- Analytical and adaptive problem-solving
