This role focuses on outbound and follow‑up calls to prospective clients, referral sources, and community partners. You will educate callers about our services, identify needs, and help schedule in‑home consultations.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and referral partners
• Follow up on inquiries and warm leads
• Clearly explain home care services and benefits
• Set appointments for care consultations
• Maintain accurate call notes and tracking logs
• Meet weekly call and appointment‑setting goals

• Prior telephone sales or inside sales experience required
• Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Compassionate and professional phone presence
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Comfortable working independently

• Part‑time (15–25 hours per week)
• Flexible weekday hours

• Hourly base pay $22
