• Salary Range:$24.00-$30.00/hour plus amazing benefits

We are hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician at Inglewood Meadows , a 199-unitaffordable multi-family community in Inglewood Meadows, CA.

• Regular full-time schedule is Monday
  - Friday with flexiblestarting and end times.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and turn units for move-ins (make ready)
• Complete typical apartment work orders
• General preventative maintenance and unit inspections
• Exterior property maintenance, sidewalk grinding and landscapingvendor supervision
• Minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Replacement and repair of household appliances and items (i.e.refrigerator, stoves, sinks, drains, toilets)
• Opportunity to do basic welding, minor HVAC repair and special projects
• Light cleaning and pickup of grounds in accordance with safety andsanitizing protocols

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in facilities maintenance, hotelor apartment community experience (preferred but not required).
• General maintenance, plumbing and electrical skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills.
• Warm, outgoing personality.
