As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine armed patrols throughout a commercial real estate location, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and assist tenants and visitors. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment by providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and incidents.

+ Work closely with property management and tenants to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.

+ Remain alert and aware of surroundings while on patrol, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

+ Follow all Allied Universal protocols and client site instructions to help to deter potential disruptions or incidents.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

+ Ability to ride a bike is required.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
