El Super #502 (La Brea branch) is looking for a Crew Member to provide excellent customer service, assist with sales, staff the store, and perform various store operations tasks.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Remove/handle up to 25 lbs, frequently up to 45 lbs, occasionally up to 60 lbs.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

• Provide premier customer service, greeting and responding to questions.
• Assist customers at the registers.
• Work in various departments of the store.
• Ensure product rotation, date compliance, and proper display on shelves per planogram.
• Unload product from trucks and organize stock room.
• Assist with replenishment of all departments.
• Clean cases, fill shelves, mop and sweep sales floor, stock room, and dairy coolers.
• Operate back‑room equipment including pallet jack, baler, compactor and scrub machine.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The position requires lifting up to 60 lbs, bending, standing, and stooping for prolonged periods. Accommodations can be made for people with disabilities.
