• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; assist accordingly.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in backrooms as needed.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as products sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and merchandising best practices, including signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by routing merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong guest service fundamentals and a guest-first mindset.
• Retail business understanding including department sales trends, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and basic visual merchandising.
• Awareness of industry trends in style and brand differentiation.
• Ability to set, fill, and price the floor according to guest priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and remain composed.

• Capable of handling cash operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; frequently lift up to 15 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments as part of Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
