Summary
In this role you will maintain the cleanliness of all silverware, plate-ware, glassware, equipment, and cookware. Keep all areas clean, dry, and safe for other workers.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Clean and maintain trash bins and deposit garbage in dumpsters.
• Keep floors clean, free of spills, food, and trash and maintain clear walk-in cooler.
• Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating throughout the work area during the shift.
• Ensure proper rotation of all dishes, pots, pans, storage bins, and lift items up to 40 lbs.
• Maintain Cosm safety and sanitation standards.
• Organize and maintain storage of all dishware.
• Assist other employees as needed and perform all opening and closing duties.
• Comply with applicable Health Codes and maintain proper utensil storage.
• Demonstrate Cosmworthy attitude and adherence to all Cosm policies and procedures.

Experience

• Fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Extended periods of prolonged standing and foot work.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. with proper lifting techniques.
