The General Manager assumes full accountability for restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, consistency of guest experience, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. Responsibilities include maintaining optimal staffing levels and fostering professional growth of the restaurant team.

• Strategically manages, coaches, and recognizes team performance to drive efficient operations.
• Executes opening and closing procedures, overseeing setup, food preparation, and cleaning in alignment with policies.
• Optimizes labor planning through effective team deployment and scheduling to meet labor hour targets.
• Provides hands‑on support for all workstations and covers breaks as needed.
• Maintains focus on guest service and speed of service, ensuring timeliness goals are met.
• Schedules workforce to ensure adequate labor hours for service based on projections.
• Oversees hiring processes, including interviews, references, I‑9 verification, and new hire orientations.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.

• Age 18+; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant environment (EPL Assistant Manager or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for company business.
• Serve Safe certification required.
