Mortgage Loan Originator

Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Originator, located in Inglewood, CA. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans for residential or commercial properties, originating loans, and reviewing applicants' financial status to determine loan eligibility. The role includes evaluating creditworthiness, explaining mortgage options, and managing the application, approval, and closing processes. Collaborating with customers, underwriters, and external business partners to ensure smooth processing and exceptional client service is a critical aspect of this position.

• Assist clients in obtaining loans for residential or commercial properties.
• Originate loans and review applicants  financial status to determine loan eligibility.
• Evaluate creditworthiness, explain mortgage options, and manage the application, approval, and closing processes.
• Collaborate with customers, underwriters, and external business partners to ensure smooth processing and exceptional client service.

• Experience in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending
• Proficiency in Underwriting and Loan assessment
• Knowledge of Finance principles and experience in Loans management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications or licenses required for Mortgage Loan Originators as per local/state regulations
