Base pay range
: $22.00/hr - $22.00/hr.

Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman

E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. The development will include up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district of up to 890,000 square feet, over 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25 acres of public parks and open space.

SoFi Stadium hosts world-renowned sporting events such as Super Bowl LVI, the College Football Playoff National Championship, Wrestle Mania, the World Cup 2026, and the Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Adjacent to the stadium is the 2.5-acre open-air Plaza and the 6,000-seat You Tube Theater.

• Answer emergency and non‑emergency calls for service.
• Process and record calls in the dispatch system.
• Operate computer dispatch system and monitor alarm systems.
• Direct appropriate response to all calls for service.
• Visually monitor extensive CCTV system.
• Communicate with law enforcement agencies to coordinate emergency information in real time.
• Dispatch and categorize all call types properly.
• Maintain knowledge of CCTV protocols and equipment maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of prior dispatcher experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good judgement while assessing emergency and non‑emergency situations; maintain a calm demeanor.
• Experience operating two‑way radio and communication equipment.
• Prior experience in a security role is preferred.
• Flexible schedule; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Position is sedentary; must be able to remain seated for extended periods.

• Lifting:
  Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Physical stamina: bear weight of uniform equipment (3.6 lb utility belt with radio) for extended periods.
• Climbing/balancing: prolonged steps, stair climbing, balancing.
• Stoop/bend: prolonged periods.
• Standing/sitting: prolonged standing and sitting throughout the day.
• Reaching: prolonged overhead and horizontal reach.
• Speaking: proficiency in English.

• Indoor and outdoor: typically air‑conditioned indoors, exposed weather conditions outside.
• Temperature: cold/heat exposure indoor and outdoor.
• Noise/vibrations: high noise level and vibration.
• Hazards: non‑hazardous environment.
• Fumes/dust/odors: occasionally present.

$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr in compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, this estimate is a good faith figure based on education, certification, prior experience, and internal/external data.
