Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech, media, and/or telecom location.;
Control entry and exit at designated access points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining access logs, and directing visitors to approved destinations.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or access control systems; identify irregular activity and report concerns according to post orders and escalation procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and coordinating notifications to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, corridors, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access, report maintenance concerns, and support a professional site presence.
