• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite regulations

• Work independently and as part of a team on an active construction site

• Proven experience as a Structural Fitter

• Strong understanding of structural steel materials and fitting techniques

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Knowledge of industrial construction safety standards

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Preferred: Structural fitting certifications or formal training
