Operations Executive – Driver Management Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Driver Management to oversee daily driver operations and ensure smooth booking execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient driver allocation, booking management, operational reporting, and delivering high-quality customer service. This role requires strong coordination skills, operational discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver Allocation:
Assign drivers to bookings based on availability, location, and operational requirements to ensure timely service delivery.
Driver Briefing & Coordination:
Provide clear instructions to drivers regarding pickup points, drop locations, schedules, and special customer requirements.
Booking Management:
Create, update, and manage bookings on the company's software system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Operational Reporting:
Prepare and share daily vehicle alignment reports, idle vehicle reports, and other MIS as required by management.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Operational Support:
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve on-ground operational challenges efficiently.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with software systems
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required
