Senior Sales Executive

We are a growing retail furniture store offering high-quality home and lifestyle furniture. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate who can drive in-store sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams for order processing
Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships

Requirements
1–3 years of retail sales experience (furniture/home décor experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable and customer-oriented personality
Basic computer knowledge (billing/inventory systems)
