Inventory Replenishment & Stock Operations Executive

Pratibha Syntex is looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to strengthen its inventory replenishment and stock operations function. The role focuses on ensuring optimal stock availability across the store network through system-driven replenishment, accurate data hygiene, and coordinated forward and reverse logistics.

Responsibilities
Execute and validate system-generated replenishment to maintain healthy inventory levels.
Coordinate with stores, warehouses, and logistics partners for seamless stock movements.
Identify anomalies in inventory and sales data, support new store launches, and manage returns.
Ensure all stock movements are accurately closed and reflected in systems.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in retail operations, inventory control, replenishment planning, or supply chain coordination. Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
