Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Store Manager, based in Indore. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing the store team. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a pleasant and fulfilling customer experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention, demonstrating the ability to manage store operations and reduce shrinkage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in retail management with a good track record in achieving sales targets and team development.
