Responsibilities.
- Machine Up-keep: Perform routine and breakdown maintenance on Injection Moulding machines to ensure 24/7 toy production.
Hydraulic & PLC Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and fix issues in hydraulic pumps, valves, and PLC controllers to minimize production 'down-time.'
Ancillary Equipment: Maintain peripheral machines like Hopper Dryers, Chillers, and Grinders (essential for recycling plastic scrap in toy making).
Safety Standards: Ensure all machines have safety sensors working perfectly, as toy manufacturing requires high precision and operator safety.
Spare Parts Tracking: Maintain an inventory of heaters, thermocouples, and seals to ensure quick fixes.
Qualification
Education:
ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
2–7 years of hands-on experience specifically in Injection Moulding (Experience in a Plastic Toy).
