Role Description

The Junior Synthetic Chemist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore. The role involves conducting laboratory experiments, engaging in research and development, and performing quality control activities on a daily basis. The candidate will work closely with the team to develop and improve chemical formulations and analyze products to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including the use of laboratory equipment and adherence to safety protocols
Experience in Quality Control and ensuring product compliance with industry standards
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to conduct tests, evaluate data, and troubleshoot chemical formulations
Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and innovative problem-solving abilities
Background in Research, including a strong understanding of chemical synthesis and materials processing
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Familiarity with specialty chemicals, resins, and industrial applications is a plus
