Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Moulder role based in Indore. The Moulder will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling FRP components, ensuring high-quality production standards. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing moulds, assembling FRP products, ensuring adherence to design specifications, carrying out quality checks, and maintaining a high level of safety in the workplace. Collaboration with the production team to meet project deadlines and specifications is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

Experience in FRP moulding, assembly, and manufacturing processes
Knowledge of operating and maintaining tools and equipment used in FRP fabrication
Understanding of safety protocols and ability to ensure a safe working environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings, designs, and specifications
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry or FRP composites is an advantage
Educational qualifications or certifications in a relevant field will be considered favorably
Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on work in a manufacturing environment
