Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Manager, located in Indore. The New Product Development Manager will oversee the conceptualization, formulation, and development of new products from inception to launch. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all products meet industry regulations and quality standards. This role requires proactive problem-solving, innovation, and effective communication to drive sustainable and successful product development.

Qualifications

Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovative product development and optimization.
Proficiency in Food Technology and Food Science to guide product formulation processes effectively.
Strong project management skills for coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.

Experience with in the Food Industry, including a thorough understanding of industry regulations and trends.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and overcome challenges.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Prior experience in new product development within a manufacturing or CPG environment is a plus.
