Lead Project Manager

Position:  Head – High-Rise Projects / Project Director (Building Works)

Experience:

Minimum 15 years (non-negotiable)

Education:

Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management. PMP or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Role Summary
The role leads and owns all high-rise building projects for the company, end-to-end. This is a leadership position with full responsibility for planning, execution, budgeting, statutory approvals, and delivery. The individual will also be responsible for setting up and scaling the company's private building works vertical.

Key Responsibilities
Head high-rise residential and/or commercial building projects across the region.
Own complete project lifecycle: concept, design coordination, approvals, execution, handover.
Lead coordination with internal engineering teams, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Establish project controls for cost, time, quality, and risk.
Prepare, manage, and control project budgets, cash flows, and cost optimization.
Drive execution on site with strict control over schedules and milestones.
Handle all statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and liaison with government authorities.
Set up systems, processes, and teams for a dedicated building works vertical.
Build, mentor, and lead project and site teams.
Report directly to senior management with clear progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Required Experience & Competence
15+ years of hands-on experience in high-rise building projects.
Proven track record of delivering large projects from inception to completion.
Strong exposure to statutory approvals, local regulations, and authority coordination.
Deep understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and procurement.
Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong commercial, budgeting, and negotiation capability.
