Facility Manager

Description   We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Manager to oversee the management of our residential and commercial buildings in Indore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facility management, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and meet the needs of tenants.

Responsibilities    Oversee the management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties in Indore.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Develop and implement maintenance plans for buildings and grounds.
Coordinate and supervise the work of maintenance staff and contractors.
Manage budgets and financial reports related to facility operations.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure standards are met.
Respond to tenant requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Implement strategies for energy efficiency and sustainability in building operations.

Skills and Qualifications    10-20 years of experience in facility management or related fields.
Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC/ STP/ WTP/MEP, plumbing, and electrical.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with tenants and contractors.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
