Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 Web2 Blockchain, and AI/ML domains.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design customised IT solutions.
Develop and present compelling proposals, RFPs, and SOWs tailored to client requirements.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Web2 Web3 Blockchain, and AI/ML domains in the US and UK regions.
Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers across industries.
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT services and solutions to address business challenges.
Analyse market trends and industry developments in Web2 Web3 Blockchain, and AI/ML technologies to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning.
Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate and expand the client base in the target regions.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain an updated and active sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets by leveraging deep domain expertise and industry insights.
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
Provide regular client feedback to enhance service offerings and ensure alignment with market needs.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to showcase expertise in emerging technologies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful content and campaigns highlighting the company's capabilities in Web2 Web3 Blockchain, and AI/ML.
Prepare regular sales reports, including insights into client feedback, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Contribute to strategic decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
5+ years of business development experience in IT services and consulting, with a focus on the US and UK markets.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Web2 Web3 Blockchain, and AI/ML technologies, with the ability to communicate their business impact effectively.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Sales Expertise:
Proven ability to close high-value deals, achieve sales targets, and manage long-term client relationships.
Communication
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with experience delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with the business culture, legal regulations, and client expectations in the US and UK.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or Hub Spot.
Knowledge of decentralised systems, tokenomics, and AI/ML frameworks.
Experience responding to RFPs and creating technical proposals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving market conditions and technology landscapes.
