Job Description
Provide support, development, and technical consulting for the Master Data System
Perform Oracle-based development activities using SQL and PL/SQL
Handle application support, service requests, and incident management
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with internal IT teams
Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, knowledge bases, and support processes
Implement proactive monitoring tools for early detection of system issues
Manage release-to-production activities including packaging, rollout coordination, rollout monitoring, and ticket analysis
Create and manage changes, administrative orders, and supporting scripts
Participate in IT projects involving new technology implementations and process optimizations
Interact with internal customers via email to clarify technical queries and provide solutions
Key Responsibilities
Ensure stability and performance of Oracle-based Master Data applications
Deliver timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Maintain high-quality technical documentation and support artifacts
Support production releases and deployments
Contribute to continuous improvement of support and development processes
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
Qualification & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Required Experience
8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming
4+ years of experience working with Visual Studio and TFS
4+ years of experience with Confluence and Jira REST services
Strong command of English (mandatory)
