Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced  Service Now Developers with GRC / IRM Engineer/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/ITSM/ITAM/Custom Apps

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure  Service Now applications and modules  including  ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and Custom Applications .
Customize Service Now using  Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Workflows / Flow Designer .
Develop and maintain  custom applications  using Service Now App Engine.
Implement and enhance  ITSM processes  such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
Configure  Service Now integrations  using  REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server , and external systems.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.
Perform  unit testing, UAT support, debugging , and deployment across environments.
Ensure adherence to  Service Now best practices , security standards, and governance.
Support platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience as a  Service Now Developer .
Solid understanding of  Service Now architecture, data model, and scripting .
Proficiency in  JavaScript, Glide API , and Service Now scripting.
Experience working with  any of the following modules  (one or more):
ITSM
ITAM
ITOM
HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Customer Service Management (CSM)
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Custom Applications (App Engine)

Experience with  Flow Designer and Workflow Editor .
Familiarity with  Service Now update sets and CI/CD  concepts.

Preferred Qualifications
Service Now Certification  (CSA, CAD, or module-specific certifications).

Experience with  Service Now Discovery, Service Mapping , or  CMDB  (for ITOM roles).
Knowledge of  performance analytics  and reporting.
Exposure to  Agile / ITIL processes .
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have

Experience with  Service Now UI Builder / Now Experience Framework .
Knowledge of  ATF (Automated Test Framework) .
Experience in  integrations with cloud platforms  (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Prior experience in  enterprise-scale Service Now implementations .
