Job Description:

Braze Solution Consultant

Contract duration:  12 months

Shift timing:  US/EMEA time zone

We are looking for a Braze Solution Consultant to lead the solutioning and technical approach for client proposals. This is a client-facing, presales-focused role, suited for someone operating at a solution and architecture level rather than execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and define the Braze solution approach for client proposals and RFPs
Provide presales and technical consultancy, including architecture and best-practice recommendations
Advise on Braze integrations with CRM platforms (experience with loyalty CRM integrations is a plus)
Support post-proposal activities, which may include:
Braze–CRM integration support
Training and upskilling client teams
Ongoing consultancy as per client needs

Requirements

Strong experience with Braze in a solutioning or consulting capacity
Experience in presales, solution architecture, or client-facing Mar Tech roles
Solid understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
