About the Role We are looking for a  Growth Manager  who will support our client acquisition and onboarding efforts.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys speaking with clients, learning SaaS products, and helping businesses get started smoothly.
You will work closely with internal teams to convert interest into active customers through demos and onboarding.

What You’ll Do  Communicate with potential clients and understand their needs
Explain product features and benefits in a simple way
Schedule and support product demos
Assist in onboarding new customers
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client activation
Track progress of leads, demos, and onboarding
Maintain clear and professional communication

What We’re Looking For  0–2 years experience in a client-facing or growth-related role
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable interacting with new people
Willingness to learn SaaS and growth processes
Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven

Nice to Have  

Experience with SaaS or digital products
Basic understanding of customer onboarding or demos
Familiarity with CRM or tracking tools
