As an ITOM Technical Architect focusing on ITOM development and configuration on Service Now platform this resource will deliver finalized Service Now Solutions utilizing the Service Now ITOM applications
ITOM Technical Architect is comfortable in Jason scripting and coding ITOM solutions, namely Event, Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration
Knowledgeable and familiar in the Service Now ITOM offerings and can lead a customer through knowledge and requirements discussions for implementing and deploying Service Now ITOM, including the following:
Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping & Integrations
Code and Develop customized Patterns, Probes and Sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping.
Sound knowledge in CMDB and it operation management
Deliver technical workshops on ITOM:
Event, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Cloud Management
Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, Service Now data mapping
Knowledge on identification , classification rule in CMDB
Knowledge over event and alert rule
Articulate the Service Now CMDB Classes for Asset and Configuration, their relationships and dependencies
Required Hands on experience with Service Now ITOM implementations
Required Knowledge of Service Now CMDB Architecture'
