About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CCTV & Network Engineer who can set up, integrate, and maintain surveillance and network systems across multiple wellness outlets. This role will be responsible for ensuring that cameras across different locations are properly installed, connected, and viewable on common monitoring screens, while also supporting activity tracking, quality monitoring, and basic digital attendance systems.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working across locations to keep systems running smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems across multiple outlets
Integrate cameras from different locations to central/common monitoring screens
Set up and manage DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and related surveillance hardware
Monitor camera feeds to support activity tracking, safety, and quality compliance
Troubleshoot network, camera, and connectivity issues in real time
Manage and configure routers, switches, cabling, and basic network infrastructure
Ensure stable network connectivity for surveillance systems across outlets
Maintain proper recording, storage, and backup of CCTV footage
Support and implement apps or tools used for attendance capture (photo-based check-ins) and quality audits
Coordinate with outlet managers and operations teams to resolve system issues quickly
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR setups, and IP cameras
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, cabling)
Experience integrating multiple camera feeds into centralized monitoring systems
Familiarity with surveillance and monitoring software platforms
Ability to diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network-related issues
Basic understanding of data security and access controls
Preferred / Added Advantage
Experience working with multi-location businesses (wellness, retail, hospitality, clinics, etc.)
Familiarity with mobile or web-based apps used for attendance tracking, photo audits, or quality monitoring
Experience setting up remote access and cloud-based surveillance systems
Knowledge of system documentation and maintenance logs
