Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Indore for a Retail Trainer. The Retail Trainer will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and performance of retail staff. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, coaching team members on customer service techniques, and continuously improving training content. The role also requires evaluating performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and recommending strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
Experience in Training & Development and knowledge of effective training methodologies for retail staff
Strong verbal and written Communication skills to engage and motivate teams
Customer Service and Coaching skills to support staff in improving the customer experience and professional growth
A background in Training, including delivering structured programs and performance evaluations
Ability to assess training outcomes and adapt strategies to achieve desired results
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and team collaboration
