HOD Hotel Management teaching

Description   We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Department (HOD) for our Hotel Management program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in the hospitality industry, aimed at preparing students for successful careers in hotel management.

Responsibilities    Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for hotel management courses.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students on their performance.
Collaborate with industry partners to create internship and job placement opportunities for students.
Participate in research and academic projects within the field of hospitality management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in hotel management.

Skills and Qualifications    Master's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
3-10 years of experience in hotel management or academic teaching.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry operations, management practices, and customer service.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students in their learning and career development.
Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
