Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Montessori teacher at Home Tuition, located in Indore. The role involves developing and implementing lesson plans that align with the Montessori educational approach, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and observing and guiding children in their educational and developmental journey. The teacher will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth and progress.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
Experience in Education and teaching methodologies, preferably Montessori methods
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Skills in Teaching and Training to create a positive and engaging learning environment
Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
Relevant teaching certifications or Montessori training is highly desirable
