The Opportunity

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist to join our core team in Indore.
This Role Is NOT For
❌ A generic copywriter who needs to be spoon-fed information.
❌ Someone who thinks 'AI' is a dirty word.
❌ Someone who finds B2B software 'boring.'
This Role IS For You If
✅ You check Product Hunt with your morning coffee.
✅ You've built (or tried to build) a SaaS product and know the pain of finding product-market fit.
✅ You understand that a script isn't just words; it's a sales argument.
✅ You know how to use AI (ChatGPT/Claude) to speed up research, but use your human brain to add the strategy and soul.
What You Will Do (The Mission)
Lead the Strategy:
You will act as a strategic partner to Founders and CMOs, extracting their value proposition and pitching your creative concepts. You must be confident on camera to present and defend your creative choices respectfully.
Write & Direct:
You will take a complex Dev Tool, Fintech, or AI platform and break it down into a simple, compelling 60-second narrative/script and work with our designers/animators to ensure the visual execution aligns with the business goal.
Master the UI:
You will dive into the client's software (Figma/Sandbox), figure out how it works, and decide which features deserve the spotlight.
The 'DNA' We Are Looking For:
You don't need a specific degree, but you must have 2+ of the following:
Ex-Founder
Experience:
You've pitched investors or sold a product before.
B2B Marketing Chops:
You know the difference between 'Inbound' and 'Outbound' and why it matters for a video.
UX/Product Sense:
You can look at a dashboard and instantly know what the most important button is.
Agency/Production
Experience:
You know how to get a creative project across the finish line.
The 'Rapid Researcher':
You are the person who Googles everything. You can jump into a complex industry (like Cybersecurity or Fintech), read three articles, play with the tool, and understand the basics in an afternoon.
