Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Counsellor role located in Indore. As a Counsellor, you will offer personalized career guidance to students and professionals to help them achieve their professional goals. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, facilitating workshops on topics such as workplace readiness, financial literacy, and communication skills, and assessing individual strengths and aspirations to develop tailored career action plans.
You will collaborate closely with educational institutions and corporate partners to design programs that address gaps between education and industry requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in career counseling techniques, guidance strategies, and assessment tools
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions on financial literacy, workplace readiness, and related topics
Ability to empathize with and support learners from diverse backgrounds, particularly students from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
Understanding of employment trends, career markets, and skill development practices
Organizational and time management skills for program coordination and delivery
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Career Counseling, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
Prior experience in career counseling or educational training is highly desirable
