Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Indore for an Academic Counsellor. The selected candidate will provide personalized student counseling, guide learners toward academic and career success, and assist in creating educational plans aligned with our industry-focused goals. Daily tasks include meeting with students to address concerns, providing academic and career advice, and collaborating with educational institutions to enhance students' growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education-related support
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and institutional staff
Passion for guiding and mentoring students toward achieving their academic and career goals
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
Previous experience in educational counseling or similar roles is a plus
