Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor located in Indore. The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through their academic and career planning journeys. Day-to-day tasks include assessing students' needs, providing personalized counseling, developing study abroad pathways, assisting with university applications, and offering support in areas such as test preparation, visas, and accommodations. The role also involves fostering relationships with students to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

Educational Consulting and Student Counseling experience
Career Counseling and Education expertise
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide tailored guidance according to individual student goals
Knowledge of international education systems and test preparation programs is beneficial
Experience working with students and familiarity with study abroad programs is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
