Hare Krishna Mandir Indore is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs for both digital and print platforms, contributing to the organization’s visual identity and promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Creation:
Conceptualize and design engaging and visually appealing graphics for various purposes, including social media, websites, posters, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
Ensure that all designs adhere to the organization’s branding guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity.

Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and target audience.
Collaborate with team members to translate concepts into effective and impactful visual designs.

Software Proficiency
Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality and innovative designs.
Stay updated on industry trends and design tools, implementing new techniques to enhance the quality of designs.

Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, implement revisions, and finalize designs for production.

Print Production Coordination
Work closely with printers and other production vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality output for print materials.
Ensure that print designs meet industry standards and specifications.

Quality Assurance & Brand Compliance
Conduct quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Uphold brand consistency across various touchpoints and materials.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
