About
The Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Executive – Illustrator with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Illustrator, you will play a key role in creating high-quality, visually appealing illustrations across various projects. You will collaborate closely with the design and creative teams to ensure that the illustrations align with the brand's visual identity and meet client needs.
Your expertise in digital illustration and design principles will be essential to produce compelling visuals for a variety of platforms.
Responsibility
Lead the creation of custom illustrations for digital and print media, including web graphics, social media assets, marketing materials, and more.
Work closely with the design and art direction teams to execute illustration concepts that align with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with other creatives, offering valuable input and ensuring that illustrations enhance the overall project vision.
Review and refine illustrations to ensure high-quality standards and consistency across multiple platforms and projects.
Mentor and guide junior illustrators, helping to develop their skills and providing feedback on their work.
Ensure illustrations are created in a timely manner, meeting project deadlines and client expectations.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, offering new ideas and contributing to the overall creative direction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest illustration trends, techniques, and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of professional experience in illustration, preferably in a studio or creative agency environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of illustration styles and techniques.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), or similar illustration and design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
Experience working in a collaborative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to take creative direction and feedback while maintaining a high level of quality in your work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.
