About PR 24x7  PR 24x7 is one of India's leading regional public relations and communications firms, with operations across the country. Founded by Mr. Atul Malikram, the company is known for its commitment to impactful storytelling, client servicing, and regional media outreach. We are looking for a professional  Executive Assistant  to provide direct support to the Founder in day-to-day operations, project management, and strategic coordination.

Role Overview  The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the Founder's schedule, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of key initiatives. The role demands high confidentiality, excellent time management, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities   Manage calendar, appointments, travel, and daily schedule for the Founder
Coordinate meetings, events, and key business activities
Follow up on action items from meetings and track project progress
Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communication briefs
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Liaise with clients, senior leadership, and department heads
Support in research, documentation, and execution of strategic tasks

Required

Skills and Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project coordination tools
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and high level of discretion
