We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in Indore, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to contribute significantly to our admin department's growth and operations.
Purpose of Role
The Admin Assistant will ensure efficient office operations, manage facilities, coordinate vendor services, support international guest logistics, and assist with organizing office activities, projects, and events, in addition to handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities & Office Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of office premises and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office services (cleaning, transport, catering), ensuring quality, cost control, and timely service.
Cafeteria Management: Manage cafeteria vendor selection, quality control, and employee satisfaction.
Transport Management: Coordinate transport services, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to policies.
International Guest Management: Coordinate logistics for international guests, including accommodation, transportation, and scheduling, ensuring a smooth experience during their visit.
Activity/Project/Program Organization: Assist in organizing office activities, events, or parties, ensuring all logistics are taken care of.
General Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks.
Key Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in facilities management, vendor coordination, and office operations
Ability to manage expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives
Experience in handling logistics for international guests
Ability to organize activities or events efficiently
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Relevant
Experience:
1-2 years in office administration, facilities management, or a similar role
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
