Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary to the Managing Director, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, performing clerical tasks, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. The candidate will ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, and accomplish responsibilities with confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to effectively support the Managing Director
Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, record management, and correspondence
Strong Communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
