Responsibilities
Manage our drivers and internal fleet in order to minimize cost per Delivery and ensure 24 hour delivery
Ability to plan, prepare servicing schedule and staff duties to ensure that vehicle servicing and repair are carried out and successfully completed
Analyse, review and create efficient work process to improve the operational standard
Prepare statistical reports for management
RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, any field
Background from big (more than 30 trucks) transport company, with knowledge in operations, commercial rates and Indonesia regulation.
At least 3 years of working experience in transportation
Young and energetic required, outgoing extrovert personality
Work location in South Tangerang
