Import & Regulatory Affair Executive

Responsible for managing end-to-end importation processes and regulatory compliance for PT Mahsuri Dagang Indonesia (MDI), ensuring timely and accurate execution of order-to-cash activities while maintaining adherence to local and international regulations.

Manage full import process from purchase order submission to goods receipt.

Monitor customs clearance, ensuring compliance with documentation, schedules, duty/tax payments, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize transportation and warehousing efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of import transactions for audit and compliance purposes.

Manage Halal certification and BPOM registration, renewals and updates.

Stay updated on regulatory changes from BPJPH, BPOM, DJBC, and other relevant authorities, ensuring company compliance.

Provide regular updates to management on import and regulatory activities.

Work closely with internal stakeholders on import schedules and regulatory requirements.

Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, customs authorities, and certification bodies.

Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, handled import, warehouse and transportation.

Has knowledge on regulatory (LS & SKI submission, Halal & BPOM registration and Customs), familiar with 3rd party logistic and the way of working. Strong in importation, logistic, supply chain and operational management.

Good inter-personal and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in local language and English.

Independent, self-motivated and determined to succeed in a challenging environment.

Willing to travel out‑station and overseas where required.
