At least 3 years experience in FTTH/ISP, utilities, or a high-volume service delivery business (Taxi or Courier).

Strong knowledge of field service, logistics, scheduling, route optimization, and technician allocation.

Familiar with “Field Service Management System” and GIS Based software.
