About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development/ Sales Export professional to join our dynamic team at PT Margacipta Wirasentosa. As a Sales Export, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's global expansion and identifying new business opportunities in international markets. This full-time position is based in Cikupa, Banten, offering you the chance to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

• Proactively identify and pursue new export sales opportunities in target international markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential overseas customers
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective export marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes in target markets
• Provide feedback and insights to optimise our export sales processes and operations

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in export sales or new business development roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, compliance and logistics
• Proficiency in one or more foreign languages, particularly in our target markets
• Willingness to travel internationally to support customer relationships and pursue new opportunities

PT Margacipta Wirasentosa (MC), a family owned company incorporated in 1980, has grown from its humble beginnings into Asia’s largest manufacturer of quality cell cast acrylic sheet. The MC® trademark has been associated with high optical quality acrylic product, great customer service and a responsive production team, since its registration in 1980.

Margacipta embarked on global marketing campaign supported by the Indonesian Export Development Council (BPEN) in 1990. After launching regionally in Singapore and Hong Kong, the MC® label started appearing in Australia, Western Europe and the Middle East. By the start of the new millennium, Margacipta had established its reputation as world-class manufacturer in the SE Asian Market. To meet growing demand, MC® began rigorous quality & service improvements, increasing production capacity at its Tangerang facility to support management’s goals “to become the leading manufacturer of cell cast acrylic sheet in the world”.

As new customers discovered Margacipta’s great quality, responsive customer service team and a production process that puts the customer first, 2007 saw a major upgrade to a semi-automatic, 4-line production system. Finally in 2012, a sixth production line was added giving Margacipta an annual production capacity of 30,000 MT.
