Account Management
- Acquire new retail fashion customers and expand export market
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Participate in trade shows, expos, and networking events
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders
- Handle negotiation and closing deals
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Work closely with marketing and production teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales (retail fashion industry preferred)
- Experience in export market development is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Target‑oriented and highly self‑motivated
- Willing to travel (domestic & international)
