Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and strategic Assistant Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence in Indonesia. This role serves as a key pipeline position toward a future Sales Manager role, offering exposure to strategic planning while leading day-to-day sales execution.
You will oversee the full sales cycle, manage sales activities to achieve targets, provide design-driven insights based on market trends, and build strong customer relationships across the interior design and construction ecosystem. With strong leadership and analytical abilities, you will guide the sales team, drive forecasting and pipeline management, and deliver high service standards that support sustainable revenue growth.
We are hiring two Assistant Sales Managers: one based in Tangerang (Jakarta) and one in Surabaya.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer partnerships through proactive engagement, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Manage the sales pipeline with strong forecasting, prioritization, and performance tracking.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, analyse sales data, and provide insights to Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development. B2B experience with supervisory or managerial exposure is preferred.
- Prior experience or strong network within Interior Designers, Architects, or Main Contractors is an added advantage.
- Well-organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver product briefings and proposals confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
- Must possess own vehicle for client visits and sales activities.
