Sales Engineer

PT igus Indonesia specializes in motion plastics solutions for a wide range of industries, backed by over five decades of expertise. The company offers innovative products designed for long service life, including polymer bearings such as iglidur and igubal spherical bearings, as well as Energy Chain Systems like e-chain and chainflex cables. Their solutions cater to various operational needs, enhancing efficiency and reliability in industrial applications.

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing technical support to clients, identifying customer needs, and delivering effective solutions. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships, presenting technical product information, and assisting with customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with a focus on driving client relationships and achieving growth targets.
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and understanding technical product specifications to address customer challenges effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish trust, convey technical information clearly, and address client needs.
• Proven ability in delivering customer‑centric solutions and collaborating with teams for optimal outcomes.
• A background in engineering or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Independently driven with problem‑solving capabilities and willingness to work on‑site in Kota Tangerang Selatan.
